Bucher Family Barn

Located within gently rolling hills near West Fork White River, this red barn fits comfortably within the landscape.

It is a gable-roofed barn with a hayloft over most areas. The main level of the barn was divided into some areas with dirt floors and animals stalls. Other areas have plank flooring. The barn is maintained for storage.

I visited this barn several times and gathered notes, sketches and photographs. The reds were so intense in the late afternoon light, sometimes appearing warm and other times the reds were laced with a deep violet. In December 2015, I completed a studio oil painting. The canvas size is 18 x 24 inches.

All the barn paintings are for sale.  Please contact Gwen to find out if the painting(s) you are interested in are sold or available.
